Welcome! As an indexer, you're helping build the future of AI agent infrastructure while earning passive income. This guide will get you started in 5 minutes.

What You'll Do

As an indexer, you:

  1. Browse the web normally (no change to your routine)

  2. Capture valuable patterns automatically via extension

  3. Earn passive income when agents use your patterns (19% of fees)

  4. Get paid in FDRY tokens that become scarcer over time

No technical skills required. Just browse.

Prerequisites

Before you start:

  • ✅ Chrome or Firefox browser

  • ✅ Active accounts on websites you want to index (SpyFu, LinkedIn, Notion, etc.)

  • ✅ Email address for account creation

  • ✅ Crypto wallet (for receiving FDRY rewards)

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Create Your Unbrowse Account

Visit unbrowse.ai

Sign up options:

  • Email + password

  • Google OAuth

  • Solana wallet (Phantom)

Why we need this:

  • Track your contributed abilities

  • Calculate your earnings

  • Distribute FDRY rewards

Step 2: Install the Browser Extension

Chrome:

  1. Visit Chrome Web Store (search "Unbrowse")

  2. Click "Add to Chrome"

  3. Confirm permissions

  4. Pin extension to toolbar (recommended)

Permissions explained:

The extension needs:

  • webRequest - Capture network traffic patterns

  • storage - Save settings locally

  • activeTab - Know which sites you're browsing

  • all_urls - Work on any website

What we DON'T collect:

  • Screenshots or recordings

  • Keystroke logging

  • Plain-text passwords

  • Personally identifiable browsing history

Step 3: Connect Your Account

  1. Click the Unbrowse extension icon

  2. Click "Sign In"

  3. Use credentials from Step 1

  4. Grant permissions

You'll see:

💰 $0.00 earned

Step 4: Configure Your Preferences

Settings panel:

Recording Mode:

  • ☑️ Auto-capture (recommended) - Captures all browsing

  • ☐ Manual mode - You choose when to record

  • ☐ Paused - Extension inactive

Privacy Controls:

  • ☑️ Exclude banking sites (recommended for security)

  • ☑️ Exclude personal email

  • ☑️ Anonymize personal data

  • ☑️ Local credential encryption

Step 5: Start Browsing!

That's it! Now just use the internet normally.
